• To register a new family account, you must create one by clicking the link below. 
  • Make sure you keep record of your email and password used, as you will need to use the same information for any future registrations. This is very important!
• You can sign up for multiple activites at a time.
• You do not pay on this site - pay on your campus parent portal account.

RETURNING REGISTRANTS

REGISTER HERE

 

The fee is $20 per participant - per activity for all middle schoolers.

• Participants CANNOT compete without a payment on file.
• Payments will be made prior to the start of the season through your campus portal account.
• *Payments are encouraged to be made online, but can also be made with cash in the Middle School office.

PAY HERE

 

• Athletes MUST have an up to date sports physical prior to participate in practices and competitions.
  • Completed sports physicals are valid for 3 years.
• Sports physicals are different from "regular physicals" - Please be aware of this when making appointments.
• Providers in the area have sports physical forms of their own available, but the form is also available below.
• Medical doctors, as well as many chiropractors in town, can complete this service for you.
  • You do not need to see your regular doctor for this!
• To submit completed sports physical forms by email, click the button below.
• To submit completed sports physical forms in person, bring the completed form to the Middle School office.

Students that want to play a sport need a Sports Physical before they can participate in practice or competitions.  Chiropractors may be the easiest place to get an appointment.  Providers already have the form - simply call and ask to set up an appointment for Sports Physical as soon as possible.
